PERFIL DEL ASPIRANTE
Dirigido a profesionales en cualquier área que se desempeñen con con docentes a nivel de la básica, media y profesional.
PERFIL OCUPACIONAL
- Con capacidad de realizar desde un abordaje pedagógico, la caracterización y comprensión de la problemática educativa en general, del contexto institucional y de las comunidades de su sector de influencia en particular.
- Preparado para asesorar y dirigír procesos de reformulación y reconceptualización teórica y práctica de la vida y organización de las instituciones educativas con efectos evidentes en lo administrativo, lo curricular y lo pedagógico.
- Con capacidad de aplicación de las técnicas de investigación y de usar creativamente métodos para la intervención en situaciones problemáticas.
- Competente para producir y representar conocimiento que se visibilice mediante la socialización, la publicación y la participación en comunidades científico académicas en educación.
